Edit Appointment Screen

Use this screen to edit workfile appointment information.

Description of fields on the screen

Field Label	Description
Company	This is the company name of the vehicle owner.
First Name Last Name	This is the person name of the vehicle owner.
Phone Number(s)	These are the vehicle company and owner phone numbers.
Estimator Notes	This field contains comments, instructions, or other information relevant to the estimator. You cannot edit this field.
Site	This is the inspection site.
Appointment Date	Use these fields to edit the appointment date and time.
Duration	Duration is the length of time designated for the appointment.
Address 1 Address 2 City/State/Zip	This is the location of the vehicle for the appointment.
Appointment Notes	Enter any notes in this field regarding the appointment.
